THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE OR ANY OTHER MATTERS ASSOCIATED WITH HIREONAINDIA.COM.
ANY MENTION OF DUTIES, TAXES, OR SIMILAR CHARGES IN THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL INCLUDE GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST), EFFECTIVE FROM THE DATE GST LAW IS IMPLEMENTED IN INDIA. IF THERE ARE ANY ADDITIONAL TAX LIABILITIES ARISING DUE TO THE INTRODUCTION OF GST (INCLUDING CHANGES IN TAX RATES OR OTHER MODIFICATIONS TO THE TAX REGIME), SUCH AMOUNTS WILL BE CHARGED IN ADDITION TO THE AGREED CONTRACT PRICE OR SERVICE FEE.
If any dispute arises between a user or users and Hireona India in relation to the use of HireonaIndia.com, or concerning the validity, interpretation, implementation, or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator. The arbitrator will be an independent and neutral third party appointed by the Company. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties involved in the dispute. The arbitration will take place in New Delhi, India, and will be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall lie with the courts located in New Delhi, India.
The terms Hireona, Hireona India, Hireona.com, HireonaIndia.com, and Hireona India LLP are used interchangeably and refer to the same entity.
Users of HireonaIndia.com are also subject to the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed through this link.
In the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy , Hireona India reserves the right to terminate the user's access and remove any offending content that may have been uploaded by the subscriber or user.
